Well, Alabama was finally able to free the hops during the past legislative session.  We here at the Alabama Birth Coalition think it's about time for Alabama to free the midwives!  Join us at the Bottletree Cafe (3719 3rd Ave. S, Birmingham) on July 12th for a show to benefit the Alabama Birth Coalition.  The fabulous acts performing are: Kate Taylor, John Jeremiah Sullivan, Duquette Johnston, 13ghosts , and Vulture Whale.  Doors open at 3 p.m. and the music starts at 4 p.m.  Bottletree is known for its tasty vegetarian/vegan vittles.  Bring all your friends for a Sunday afternoon on the town and let's make this a rousing success!  See you on the 12th!
